Shipping

 

Does BEMORA ship to EU countries?

We ship throughout the UK and EU countries.
Delivery within the UK costs £3.95 and will take 2-3 working days. We have a next day UK delivery option for £8.95.
Standard delivery to EU countries costs £15.95.

 

Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We accept card payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please check you have entered all of your details correctly, including your billing address. If you’re still having no luck placing your order, please contact your bank directly prior to emailing our team (at support@mybemora.com)

 

I’ve placed my order! When will my products be shipped?

If your order is placed prior to 12pm Monday-Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and will be with you within 2-3 working days (unless you choose next day delivery option). If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. If there is ever a reason for delay, a member of our team will be in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.

 

I’ve realised that I’ve put in the wrong delivery address, can it be amended?

To amend any mistakes within your delivery address, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect your parcel.

 

My package has arrived and it’s not what I ordered – what should I do?

In the unlikely situation that our dispatch team get your order wrong, please contact: support@mybemora.com and we will have this rectified for you as quickly as possible.

I’d like some more info on your products and how they’re formulated, how can I find out?

Do you test your products on animals

We are proud to say we never test any of our products on animals.

Are all of your products vegan?

Yes they are. All of our skincare products are 100% vegan.

Are BEMORA products organic?

We are not certified organic by an official certification board, however we will always use the organic option if it is available and effective. We have decided against certification because it dramatically limits the number of active ingredients that are available for use. Bemora only chooses ingredients that work.

Does BEMORA use silicones or parabens?

BEMORA products are free from artificial chemicals, fragrances, colorants, petrochemicals, phthalates, silicones, DEA, TEA, Sulphates or parabens.

Are BEMORA products suitable for my skin type?

We strive to create innovative products which are suitable for all skin types, but if you’re a skincare newbie and would like some assistance deciding what would work best for you – our team are on hand to help. Are your products made in the UK?

All of our products are formulated and tested in our East Yorkshire based lab by our formulator and founder Weiwei. All of our products are produced in the UK, either in house or by our approved contract manufacturer.

I’d like to try, do you send out samples?

We don’t currently have sample sizes, although some of our products come in mini sizes which are great for you to try before committing to the full size options (and are also perfect for travelling!). However, our team are always happy to answer any questions you may have about our products’ suitability, texture, scent and multi-purpose uses before you make your purchase! Where can I purchase BEMORA products?

Our entire product range can be purchased right her at www.mybemora.com. We will also be having pop-up stand in various locations (there will be two pop up stands held in Beverley and York at the end of November for example) You can also connect with us on Facebook and Instagram to get regular updates on our existing and upcoming products.

How long will my products last?

All BEMORA products have a Best Before Date which you will be able to find on the bottle/jar itself. It is usually between 6-12 months period.

How do I recycle your containers?

You can find information on how to recycle packaging for individual products on the relevant product pages here at www.mybemora.com

Can I find out if you’ll be getting more stock of an item which is sold out?

Yes! Register ‘email me when it’s back’ on the item that is sold out and you will be notified when it becomes available again.

Do you have any discounts or a promo-code I can use for my order?

If you have never purchased BEMORA product before, welcome! Have 10% off your first order on us – just sign up to our newsletter for the code. As a newsletter member you’ll also be the first to know about any other offers, discounts and promos.

 

My promo code isn’t working. Can you help?

If you’re sure that you’re entering the right code, drop us a note if it’s not working at support@mybemora.com . Please note that all valid promotional codes will be distributed via a BEMORA social channel, newsletter, associated company or by a member of our team. We never sell codes to online voucher sites and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

I’d like to make some changes to my order – is it too late?

We’re unable to make any amendments to your order once it has been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it at support@mybemora.com and we’ll see what we can do. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

 

My product isn’t quite right, do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns, however if you believe that your product is faulty please contact us at support@mybemora.com and we will be able to look into it for you.

We are unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or allergic reactions. Please be sure to always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions for use on the product description before placing your order.
